Pet Boarding Frequently Asked Questions

Will my pet fret?

No. because they are in a stress free environment - music, rain forest behind, no cars near.

Can I bring some of my own things?

Definitely - the more you bring, the better the pet will settle. They like their own things and their own smells around them, bedding, toys, etc.

Will my pet eat?

Certainly as all meals are freshly cooked and human-like.

Can my pet get outside in the fresh air.

Yes, all pets have access to the sun and air and are not locked up at all.

Could my pet escape?

No - security is uppermost, all dog runs have mesh on top and the concrete is a metre into the ground. Security cameras and microphones are installed all over the complex.

What happens if my pet gets sick?

We immediately contact our Vet and take the pet to the surgery if necessary. We do not hesitate if the pet looks or acts sick. All veterinary attention is at the client's expense and the entry form is signed to this effect at the time of book-in.

I've never left my pet anywhere like this before.

It's like a big holiday camp - after the first day, your pet will settle into the routine and enjoy the contact with the staff, other animals, home cooked meals, hydrobaths etc. Some of our regulars have to be carried out to the car as they won't go home!
